Annual contracts for home and property

A contract with Brightside has all sorts of benefits, the chief being that you have access to our specialist repairs all year long, as well as an annual safety check to make sure everything is in working order. Talk to one of our engineers to discuss the option that would suit you.

All contract prices include VAT, and can be paid in monthly installments or a single, one-off payment. The list below gives a basic overview: if you have specific requirements for your cover, just let us know.

What's involved?

The annual service check is arranged at a time to suit you, within normal working hours. The inspection can be at a point (usually the summer months) from 3 months after commencement of the contract, to the end of the 12 month period. A service engineer will inspect the central heating appliances once a year, clean and adjust them as necessary. A visual inspection of the system will also be carried out at this time, any remedial works acted upon or quoted as required by the customer.

Breakdown cover included in service option 1 & 2 provides for a Brightside engineer to be at the agreed residence within 24 hours of you reporting an incident. Brightside reserve their discretion to determine whether the breakdown has exceptional circumstances requiring a faster response time to the incident.
